got a question here, i wana change the front bumper to a 99 since i already got a 99 rear bumper. do i need to change anything besides the bumper?

 

Yes you need the 98+ headlights for it to look right and you also need the 98+turn signals+mounting brackets. You could use your 95 lights but it would look funky with the 98+ bumper. Please search for further information this has been covered many, many times.
