helpppp!.. what should i do?
i have a 2002 ep3 and the other night my block cracked and now im screwed so what would be my best bet? just to get a whole new engine? or just replace the block? or do you think there are problems with the internals within the motor? oh yeah and is my block a longblock or shortblock?

Well cat really tell to much with out pics. You crack in block? As if it threw a rod through the side of the block? Or you cracked a cylinder wall is the head of the car? Never the less if you threw a rod then yes those internals are screwed eithier way its not good. Hydrolock? How did it happen? Long as you didnt get any shrapnel in head it should be fine (which should be unlikely) just replace the bottom end. And oh yeah the diff between long block and short block long block is complete with oil pump etc short block is bare no accessories....
