Have you verified that it's not the arm?
If one arm is moving, the motor is okay. Either there is a problem with the splines on the arm or somewhere in the linkage.

1. Open the hood and remove the cap nuts and wiper arms.
Note: remove the wiper arms carefully without damaging the hood.
2. Remonve the hood seal and air scoop by prying out their trim clips.
3. Disconnect the 5-P connector from the windshield wiper motor.
4. Remove the four mounting bolts and wiper linkage assembly.
5. remove the wiper harness from the wiper linkage.
6. Seperate the wiper linkage and crank arm at the joint.
7. Remove the three mounting bolts and wiper motor.
8. Install in the reverse order of removal.

hiFirst, since the original post was 11 years ago, you are not going to get a lot of positive responses. See we don't like zombies, and you just raised this thread from the dead. Our first instinct is to shot it and you in the head. Please don't do it again. Just think of us as Rick Grimes, what are we to do with the new guy who just let a zombie into our community?
Second, probably want to create a new thread, cause this one will be locked or trashed. Don't be scared to create new threads, be scared of zombies.

P.S. If you need a 5 post min or some BS to be able to create a thread. Go here and post about your life. https://honda-tech.com/general-discussion-debate-40/
