Default Coolant change with Redline Water Wetter

I'm trying to get the mixture right in my DA Integra. 75% water, 25% anti-freeze, 8 ounces of Redline Water Wetter. Does that sound right?

TIA

do this if your car is overheating, otherwise cooling the coolent is just counterproductive.

why do you want to cool your engine beyond normal operating temperature? your engine parts are designed to expand at stock operating temp. if you prevent this by making coolent temp lower, your car will never get to that designed temp. and your engines parts will never get to correct specs...

if you want more power by cooling, then you need to think about cooling the charge air not cooling the coolent temps.
