Default integra suspension overhaul...

ok, well right now i have a set of eibach springs, and they do not achieve the performance i want...plus my struts are shitty as well, so i am gunna re-do my whole suspension. the thing is, i love to fly around corners, and do all the autocrossing and everything...i want a spring or adjustable spring that would give me a stiff ride, but still have a decent stance...the same as the struts...i am not made out of money, so everything that i buy i work my *** off for. so if yall can tell me some decent struts and springs to buy at a decent price that would be good for autocrossing, that would be tight...

Keep those springs and get Koni Yellows, that's the cheapest way. Or AGX's if you want to save some more but I would get the Koni's.

I autox on Comptech springs (same rates as Eibach's) and I do alright against Integras with stiffer springs. A rear swaybar would help more than the springs for reducing body roll, unless you go with 500+lb Ground Controls which will make your ride horrible.

On a budget I find it handy to work in stages and do all the work yourself. Plan it out in $500 increments every few months.

I believe the springs don't lower you car by that much. I remember reading in a thread that they are great for everyday driving but not that great for auto-x. If you search in the archives there are a few threads about these springs.

Koni Yellow's and ground controls.

With the ground controls you can get whatever spring rate you want, and also change it whenever just by buying eibach race springs.

Sounds like going with something adjustable is what you need.

It also sounds to me like you need adjustable height springs and adjustable shocks.
I would not recommend buying cheap adjustable stuff, especially for the street.
I've tried Koni yellows + GC, Bilstein + Skunk2 and even the Edelbrock IAS inverted setup on my GSR and they all seized up after a year. The Edelbrock was the most expensive with the worst spring perch ever. The adjusting hex nut was cheap and rounded out after a few adjustments. Adjustable height suspensions were built for and belong on the track and just don't last for cars that need to be driven daily in lots of grime. That is my opinion after wasting cash that I worked for on stuff that doesn't live up to the name and price tag.

Tein. I know you said you aren't made out of money and I can relate. I'm sure everyone here can. But the money you use to keep buying this cheep stuff and trying a couple different combinations you could have a nice set of full coilovers for just a little more.

I say save up and maybe wait a little longer. I know you'd be happier in the end.

From what I've read, everyone seems to be liking their omnipowers right now. They're offered in 10/8K and in 12/10K, so I'm guessing that they will fill your needs. And they're cheap, 650 is the price I'm seeing.
