Default should i advance my timing on the d16z6

should I and would i get any gains by advancing the ignition timing on my engine by turning the dissy forward a little like 3-5 degrees I have I/H/E for bolt ons

if you run 91 octane you can probably advance it a bunch (4-6degrees) and gain a little power
if you run 89 and advance it youll probably start to ping
