NEED HELP:Detailed instructions for installing obd 0 to obd 1 jumper harness

I have a '91 CRX Si w/'95 D16z6 motor. Need to install "JKOBD" jumper harness to pass bar and get car ref'd. Already installed jumper harness to: vtec solenoid, vtec pressure switch, 4 wire o2, P28 ecu, swapped injectors as well as injector clips. The only thing is....still running '90 si distributor, fuel resistor box, as well a bunch of other loose wires from harness...(SCS"CHECK"), etc.. The car won't start.
Do I have to use '92-'95 distributor and take out/bypass fuel resistor box.
Please help.....Need "How to" detailed instructions for install. Thanks

Yes, if you're running high impedance injectors the resistor box must be removed. You also need an obd 1 dizzy. What happened to the instructions from blown90hatch? His harnesses come with detailed instructions.
