I'm looking to sell my car and get another EG hatch with a B series swap. What would be good offering prices for hatches with B16a, B18b, B18c1 swaps in it? What would you pay?

it would totally depend on the condition of the car and motor. i'd say for an average eg with a b18 swap $4500-$5000 is fair.

 

probably around 4gs for a b16 and b18b, and around 4500 - 5000 for a b18c1

 

I'm looking to spend $3500. It doesn't have to be perfect. Think getting it for this price is possible?

 

if your lookin for that price the condition and title of the car may not be where you want it to be...

 

Really depends on what else is in the car.

EG with B18C = 5000-6000

EG with b18c, suspension , interior, ETC ETC will go up and up.

Hatches with B16's seem to be going for about 4500 and up.

You can barely find a decent condition bone stock hatch for 3500 around here.

It is possible, 3500 can probably get you a hatch with a b18b swap and probably some rust or damage to the body.
