Climate Control Problem! (Directions Not Working)

Climate Control Problem; PLZ HELP!!! [99 Civic EX]
Here's the gist of my problem: First thing I'm gonna say, is that everything works perfectly fine with my climate control. The problem is with the direction controller. I do not know if it's a piece behind the **** or what, because I can turn it fine and it seems like it should be adjusting normally, but air just blows out in all directions (all vents).
It's gettin' cold and my windows fog up, but I figured out how I can make it so I can see okay, but I want to get this fixed as soon as I can. I just need to find out what the part(s) is called, if possibly broken, so I can purchase it and get it replaced and fixed ASAP! THANKS IN ADVANCE!
