Well my friend had just bought a new integra about.... 1 month ago. Sad to hear he got into a bloody side impact accident just yesterday.

He was making a left on a yield light, and i guess some biitch decided to run a red light. He was his pretty hard, glass shattered onto his face giving him some nasty cuts:

he said "yeah i got some deep cuts but i still look good"
and i was like "yeah obviously u still got some vision impairments"
(lol neway)

He told the officers the light was yellow i think... he doesnt really recall. His hosp. bill came out to 1700$ which sucks. I believe he has liability, and hes going to have to sue that biitch to hell. Will he win? Anyone know whose at fault?

Looks like the teg held up pretty well. Any idea how fast she was going?

 

If he was turning left on a yield, then it would be his fault. Because that means he should have been yielding to the traffic going straight.
I hope he's alright.

Sucks man, good thing he's okay!

Hard to tell whos at fault with that kind of description. If he was just waiting to turn and got hit, its not his fault. If he turned left on the yellow and someone was going thru the intersection trying to make the light, then it is his fault, or it could go 50/50.

I think they'd both be at fault. One ran red other turned yellow. But Red would have been more serious. Ask a lawyer

 

from the description it definfitly sounds like it was his fault. i hope hes okay though-

he JUST had dropped me off, so if i stayed in the car i would probably be dead *super TEAR*

car will most likely be parted out... but yeah hes still in shock so i guess ill keep u updated on when he decides to part with his brand new car

Teg with out full coverage= bad times comming for the day its either gets wrecked or stolen.

And that's why insurance rates are so high....people just want money.

Should just be lucky to be alive, and get insurance to pay for the medical and car replacement.

Too bad all the parts I need for my teg are damaged on that car...

 

If she hit him head -on then most likely she will be at fault. I've had to deal with this before and the lawyers don't look at where people were and what was happening - too much to think about I guess. If the girl's car is damaged on the front they will say she is at fault b/c she should have seen him turning and should have stopped. same thing happened to my sis in the same exact situation and she lost the lawsuit cuz of damage to the front of her car. oh well that's what insurance is for!

that sucks... like the others said... if the lady actually ran the RED its her fault ... but if was yellow and he took it that is him ... even if ur car was ruined it shouldnt mean u should get more money... if u are given cash for ur medical bills and the car that should be more then fair...

similar thing happened to my brother (not in a teg though )

the other guy's insurance paid for it all
like said before, if ALL the damage to the lady's car is on the FRONT, then your friend will probably be able to make a pretty good case

 

well just got word that my friends lawyer said its a 50/50 case...

all depends on the witnesses now~

thats wut every lawyer says its 50/50 case....

 

see the way i see it is this... she must not have been looking at all to hit him that hard. she either was going fast and hit him fast, or was going reaally fast slow down to just kinda fast and then hit him lol. i dont think ur friend would be dumb enough to cut it that close on a new car- its not like she clippe dhim in the rear he got smashed in the middle u know? unless mayube he just learned how to drive stick?? once again, i really really really hope ur friend is okay- like said before, "cars are replaceable, lives arent" honestly, when i look at the teg crying, it actually kinda makes me sad for a second
