Default milano red paint

if i buy a milano red fender brand new will it match up to my 95 gsrs paint? Or will it be able to stick out?

It may or may not. Just because two parts are painted the same color doesn't mean the paint will match exactly. Your car could be slightly faded, or the paint on your car, or the paint on the fenders might have been mixed differently.

It will stick out terribly.
I've seen lots of cars where Milano Red has turned to pink over the course of 10 years.

Red paints usually fads a lot, but Honda also did not put clearcoat on Milano Red.
