how to reset maintenance required light on 03 accord it went on at 30,000 mile need help resetting thanks

 

(it's in the owner's manual...)

Press the odometer-reset button when the key is OFF. Hold it in while you turn the key ON. Continue to hold it while the lamp flashes a few times, & then it goes out.

Or, if you want to do it the way a co-worker's wife does it, take it to the dealer and pay them 15 minutes of labor to do this. Of course, what was posted above is exactly what the dealer does.

 

i tried that but i held the button down after the key was turned thats why it didnt work thanks.
