H22 Type-S camshafts specs

H22 Type-S camshafts specs

I need to know what the lift and duration on the h22 type-s cams are. I tried searching but couldnt fing anything.

I have a set here.
they measure out to this:

Int 230 @ 0.050" (at the lobe), 303 lobe lift,.....469 gross lift at the valve
Exh 230 @ 0.050, (at the lobe) 283 lobe lift, ....438 gross lift at the valve
