whats good everyone....alrite so i've run into some aggravation.
ive been a member for a couple months...and would consider myself at intermediate level with anything regarding to cars. i have found and will in the future that honda-tech has SOME very helpful and knowledgeable members who have taught me a lot. they are pretty cool people as well.
heres the aggravation:
someone posts something "stupid" according to someone, and there is like a petroleum bomb of flaming going down...in all honesty...voice your opinion but why make the person feel like ****
second....it seems some people on here get a little cocky and think what they have is the best there is. i am by no means a wiz at the process of modifying cars...but i do feel i am fairly knowledgable....but in all honesty....i end up getting a lot of arrogant posts from people...and in all honesty....it doesnt help answer questions
this is supposed to be a site to learn from and get help from...not one to get aggravated with
anyway....im not going anywhere...theres knowledge on this site...and some very funny **** does happen...but in all honesty....does anyone agree with me?

 

I agree with this and have included it in the forum rules, if I recall. It has nothing to do with the site getting better or worse, this is ALWAYS how it goes when these messageboards get big. Bandwagons, ganging up on "newbies"...its all ******* lame. Treat people how you want to be treated, internet or reality.

People really need to stop being e-bullies and ******** and just realize we're all here to help each other. I actually delete and dock % when I do catch people being outright jerks, and will continue to do so.

If you think something doesnt belong here, report it to a mod.

If you think its a stupid question, then answer it.

If you think its a redundant question, offer the person a link to the answer and kindly remind them they could have found it by searching.

Simple rules to follow...don't be an *******. Everyone has to start somewhere. There was a time when you didnt know **** and didnt understand the "flow" of this forum either, so just relax and try and be helpful.
