yeah man thanks it felt great being able to buy the bike and accesoriees.

i had my biker buddies with me so they helped me pick the gear that would make me look great on the bike....

i can wait to get the bike home and I'll post pics.....

The jacket was real nice. Nice color design, patches etc. Looks real sporty...appropriate for the bike. It can be used either for cold or warm season driving. I felt like I got a steal on the jackets price....


as for the helmet, they had some fancy and some gay looking ones. All I wanted was a high quality name brand helmet that matched the bike, my buddies were trying to steer me towards the helmets that would make me look like a clown

its the winter season, the best time to buy a bike...and for $8195 OTD I dont know if I could have founf a better deal

I think the 750 would have been 9500 OTD.

But I dont like the color schemes of the 750

hot damn!!! sometimes i wish i didnt live in california, southern california to be exact. last year when i was searching for a bike, the otd prices on a 600 sport bike was between 9500-10,000 otd.

did the rest of the gear come with that $8195 price tag? or did u have to pay for those also, at a discounted rate?

No, the gear was discounted heavily also since I bought the bike from them. in addition being that its before x-mas and winter time in NYC, dealers are hungry to move inventory and make a sale. Gotta make a few extra bucks to pay the bills and buy their loved ones x-mas gifts.

i paid $580 for all my gear, helmet, gloves and jacket, taxes included.

before I take the bike home I'll have them install some frame sliders, plus I may have them install a Yoshimura carbon fiber TRS slip-on exhaust...~ $400

 

out here at the end of summer 600's were going for $6500-6800 new. Special ed Busas $9500, 750's were like $7200-7800.

you know your gonna go nuts looking at it in the garage for the next few months. I am already getting irratated looking at mine everyday all tucked away.

lol. i had to move mine to my house the other week. It was like 50 out, well when on the highway it felt like 20. lol. just bundle up

thanks man, the helmets they wanted to give me had too many colors graphics, etc....would have looked like a gay clown....but some of the guys at the dealership would wear those clown helmets
