Default New here, cant pass e-check

Hi, just figured id show my 85 CRX Si:

Car is entirely black now, has:

Chikara Header
Custom 2.25" exhaust
Custom Intake
Eibach rear springs
Lightspeed 3/4" rear sway bar
Lightspeed 27.5mm Torsion Bars
KYB-GR2 Shocks/struts
sunpro water temp/oil PSI gauges
OPM adjustable rear panhard bar
Hoosier stickies for the auto-x
removed AC (it didnt work anyway)

i also have/had an 86 CRX Si that was consumed by rust and other petty mechanical problems.

now, i failed the ohio e-check, but only on CO levels (limit is 1.21% i had 2.6%) i changed plugs (which were pretty crappy) and wires. O2 sensor is pretty new. Ill probably remove the air filter prior to testing and i added some fuel system cleaner as well. Any tips or tricks aside from these?

oh i'm sorry. you actaully had a question. i'd just do a full tune up. cap and rotor, pcv valve, and run some berrymans through it for good measure.

a piece of cardboard in the intake pipe to restrict airflow

who said that? must have been a bird that just flew past.

im kidding, that would get you very much in trouble if you get caught.

legal suggestions:

replace o2 sensor, maybe a fresh cat.

Darwin Fish was moved to my 86 Si after that picture...the 86 broke, so it may make it's way back
