Longetivity of Clutchmasters Stage 4
I've been boosting on my stage 3 since december of 2000.... the stage 4 might last a long time, depends on how you treat it..
how can it last you 4 days?? did you not break it in properly or ??

I have ran 14psi and it seems to hold the power nicely.. my latest drag race was on new tires... and i roasted all through second gear at 10psi... clutch holds good.....
hmmmm maybe you had a bad one? <---- I hope this dont happen to me, cause damn tehy are expensive....

it should last pretty long if you don't always ride the clutch in traffic, but how the heck can you do that though
? You'll be doing burnouts at every light and sign

I had a ceramic 4 puck sprung hub from clutchmasters that lasted over 20k miles... It is/was a badass clutch. I didn't treat it lightly at all. It'd chirp 5th several hundred times a day
It broke 2 axles, a differential, and finally stripped the teeth off of an input shaft
In fact, it's still good, but I'm looking for something a little softer now that I have enough power to destroy parts without blinking

Ive had mine for 3 months. I like it but clutch chatter takes some getting used to. I can drive it like its a stock clutch now. I would imagine it could last a long time depending on how you drive. I plan to be one of those people who have it a long time. Next time im getting stage 3

i actually had a stage 4 (about 15-20k miles)and when i did my engine rebuild went to a stage 3. the 4 chattered alot and ended up eating the pressure plate way before wearing the clutch itself. Could chirp any gear though..... stage 3 feels good.
are u saying that u got 500 city miles on your new clutch and also had a chance to put it to the test with in a 4 day period? maybe you did, but its hard to believe. how can you drive "stop and go" 120 miles a day for for days and not go crazy? im trying to speed up the process for my clutch, plz tell me your secret.
