how do you install custom speakers on cargo cover?

it's rather easy.
(FOR 2DR MODELS)
-Start by removing the decklid(cargocover).
-Then make a template of whatever speaker you are going to use. (I used 6x9's, and i traced out the 6x9 oval and the bolt-holes, with the mounting hardware that came with the speakers.)
-So after you choose where you want your speakers, and traced out the patterns your going to cut-out. You'll begin to cut your patterns out with a powerdrill and wood drillbit. If i remember correctly, its composed of compessed wood, and drilling it out was safer and easyer. Drill out your pattern as best as you can and try to remove as much material as possible.
-After your pattern is pretty much drilled out. File the rest of it out, untill you achieve desired results. ( this is where you'll want to test if your speakers fit, and make any adjustments.)
-Drill out the holes on the decklid where the speakers would be bolted.
-Bolts will be required to keep the speakers in place.
( I suggest installing "Baffles")
Installation Type: Aftermarket.
consult your manual that comes with the aftermarket speakers. (I do not advise attempting to wire these speakers to your stock radio. it is possible at the expense of loosing your rear speakers and some wiring. do not attempt if you never touched a stereo b4.)
