I don't think that it would flow right. They are made for 1.1 motors. not 1.6

Uh oh. Yeah, it will work but its not gonna work right. I had a gixer 750 can on my CRX for a few months, but only because i had it laying around. The baffles are much much to restrictive on a superbike exhaust to work with your car, as 900ccs is a far cry from 1.6l. I had to modify the baffles and remove a plate from inside before it would flow half decent.
If your only doing it to get the sound, sorry to burst your bubble but its not gonna sound the same either. The exhaust is much shorter, and the difference in motor size is what does it, not the muffler.

If your talking about an aftermarket exhaust on the otherhand, it might work a bit better, but its still not gonna sound like the Ninja.
ZX9r, what a beautiful bike

You would have to remove almost all the baffling to get it to flow half decent.
but again, its still not gonna sound like a superbike.

and here i thought it had to do with way high compression and a 12-15K redline

I'm refering to the length of the exhaust from headers to end. And since you want to get technical, it actually has more to do with the very short stroke and valve lift. That, and the size of the motor of course.
