89 d16a1, i have complete wiring from 5 speed and auto both do same, motor starts and runs for 1 to 2 seconds and dies, starts immediatly everytime but dies everytime. it is in a 1986 crx si , the tranny is 5 speed, replaced map sensor, tps, i wired the fuel pump to run constantly, i havent replaced the distributor or the exhaust cam sensor. only shows one code, code 19, for a missing automatic transmission sensor, will the motor still run with this code. Will it run with the automatic ecu and firewall wiring harness? Is it possible to put an 86-87 vacuum advandce distributor onto the 89 motor and use my 86 si ecu and wiring?
