KS, TPS, Idle

Ok my idle is surging from 1k-3.5k. As of now the only codes im having are 7 and 23 which are TPS and Knock sensor. my question is can either cause my idle to surge like that?

I'd say your TPS can do that. Or vacuum leaks. Or dirty IACV or FITV...

check your tps
closed should be .5v, WOT should be 4.5v

last time i had and idle surge, i found a crack in my intake manifold

well for some reason my 5v wire is reading like battery voltage of like 11-13v
