no, it will not fit. 89-91 and 92-93 b series cable trannies are quite different, and most all of the parts do not swap over between the two generations.
you may not get the input you want here.... there typically has been very little support for the DA on these forums.
My first response is to say "why the **** don't you believe me, I know what I'm talking about!!!" However, I realize that you don't know me, and if I were you I would also be skeptical (which is smart, because there is a lot of bad/faulty info going around on the forums these days).
I suggest you go to http://www.g2ic.com and do some searches. It should become evident pretty quick that you cannot swap cases. the design of the Internals is quite different (in particular how the shift forks are designed and held in place by the casing). Also, gearspeed may be able to help you find a "for sure" answer.
Good Luck

i did not say i dont believe you i just wanted another person to maybe back your post up or if they have any other words on their side, but in that case if your the only one that replied yes i do and been believing your words because what you said made sence about the difference of the years in the trannies

Ok, I'll back him up. It won't fit.

Its definitely a good thing to try and get second opinions.... not putting you down, just commenting.
