What is the h23 belt tensioner mod??

I am wondering what it is because my h22A is still out and im in the process of putting it in, and i want to know how to do it and WHY do it???

h22a autotensioner have been known to fail which means losing tension, plus it should be replaced each timing belt change whereas the manual tensioner is not prone to failure and does not have to be changed, plus its cheaper, to find out how to do it look at the write up in the faq and theres also a write up on cb7tuner.com
