have couple of questions civic forum is not helping that much

JDM Civic Type R spring rate?
USDM 97 Civic HX coupe spring rate?
and when the CTR shock and spring are put in to HX will the ride height be lower? or the same? and will it be a noticeble diffrence in handling?

and if not how much of a diffrent is the ITR shock and springs?

i know with the ITR i need to spend more money on LCA's
and i can get the JDM CTR shocks and springs for pretty cheap.

and also the civic is a girl driver my GF so it will not see any autoX or will be run hard. she want to get rid of lean an yawning (sp).
will sway bars and strut tower bars be a better buy?

but i only want to spend like 100 bucks on them?

any info will be appreciated
