I have a 93 civic coupe dx. I wanna to add a monitor for tv/ems. i want to put it in the location where my ashtray is now. on mine there's a just a flip up cup holder thats been moddified to hide my go go juice and neon switches where this car in this pic has a console with an ash tray and room above it. I thought that i was going to have to completely fab this piece with fiber glass but I see this car has a piece that fit's factory and would be perfect for what i want to do.

SO my question is? What honda does this come on?
Do I need the whole shifting console too. Is this JDm only or..........
Where can i get one?

Any help/info would be great.

Does anyone know what monitor size would fit into that perfectly? What the dimensions are.

 

i think 7in wide(not sure on length) is almost a perfect fit
there was a thread on it awhile back

no its an optional audio console, it was also sold here.

 

ya you probably want to get the USDM one anyways, because it has the cigarette lighter on the right side and the coin/ashtray on the left, it also fits slightly better from what i've heard, it has been discountinued but many people still sell them here on H-T and 80 bucks for one is pretty good, you can also go on ebay and they have them for around 100 shipped or so
