Just as the title states i am curious which FPR you would sugjest for a turbo integra with 450 hp.

i heard aem regulators suck, that they sometimes **** up. I got an aeromotive on my car, havn't gotten my car running with it yet, but i havn't heard anything bad bout them yet

Right now I am runnin 750 cc RC injectors in my 2.0l R.... Tuned to 375 hp the injectors duty cycle is around 80%, the 750s should be able support 450 hp but they would be working fairly hard to do so. Just be safe and do a set of precision 1000cc injectors. If you were inquiring about FPRs, I am using an aeromotive piece with an lines going to an AEM fuel rail and it works out nicely for me. I have included a picture for your viewing pleasure...
