Default Intake/Exhaust Options, D16z6, California, Performance, Inexpensive

So, I've got a 94 EX Civic, and I'm looking for an inexpensive bolt on intake and exhaust that will boost my power and not give me smog problems.

I DO NOT want to:

turbo my car...

pretend I'm Vin Diesel...

**** off my wife buy spending too much...

**** of my wife by exhibiting HP...

swap intake/exhaust to pass smog...

unless I can do it in less than an hour or two ...

AND ABOVE ALL:

no mods, fabrication or electrical work (not in the mood)

Basically, I'm just looking fora little more power, primarily in the lower-mid range, and I like all my creature comforts/quietness.

I think the inexpensive ones are not going to pass smog. Because companies charge more for parts that pass smog. "IMO"

Anyone know of a good non-legal intake/exhaust setup? Where to get it? Websites...something?

I don't want a cold air intake, because when it rains, I may get hydrolocked...so just an intake, and a 4-2-1 header, not too expensive?

to get something cheaper look for a used DC Sports header in the classifieds...they're CARB legal.

your car will only hydrolock if the enitre filter is submerged. if your worried about it though get a 2 piece cai intake
