Is it possible to fit a quick release to the JDM NOn-SRS steerign wheel?

Doubt it, since most if not all QR's are designed to fit on Momo/Nardi style hubs.

 

the jdm itr non srs is held on by 4 screws on the the back and the bolts crisscross eachother at 12/6 and 9/3 (i think.)

fyi jdm itr srs/non srs are made by momo.

I think if you remove the built-in hub and put a QR hub in; the steering wheel would end up at your chest.

 

i read once in the tech forum that some guy got the DC2 JDM steering wheel mounted on the quick release. ill try to get the link and pix of it.

you know, I never thought of that, I wanted to get a wheel with quick-release... but I never got around to it, I could never find one that I liked enough... I had the JDM non-srs wheel on my GSR... hrmmm maybe I'll pick another one up and see if I cant retro fit the fawcker on a quick release hub.... I'll let ya guys know
