Default Brake upgrade 5th gen ex

Like my topic states, I am looking for a brake upgrade for my 96ex If not a full kit, at least a good set of calipers. Does anyone have any good advice (other than "try searching") or know of some resonable priced products. Thanks

i hear wilwood is good....if you want to spend $1000 or whatever it is it runs. you can get two piston calipers from the legend gs 4dr. you can then install the 11" rotors, and presto! people who have done it said it was very very very nice.

this topic has been covered many a times the last few weeks. I will go ahead and give you a first person point of view from my experience. I also own a 95 ex v6, my brake setup consist of 94 legend calipers, brembo blanks and hawk pads. that's the best option for several hundred dollars if that's ur budget. if u want to spend over 1 grand, u have to step up to a 4 piston caliper with steel brake line and bigger rotors. aem big brake (now owned by powerslot), brembo and a few other brand names have these big brake kit for at least 2 grand and you will also need at least a 16" or 17" steelies. For street use I suggest u go with my setup. I am very happy with my decision to do the brake upgrade. The improvement is a step up but don't expect anything big at all.

don't worry about looks b/c it isn't much different from your stock caliper. it fits in your stock steelies.
