I have seen a bunch of people run them in their RSXs without any issues. I would be surprised if changing the chassis would effect the reliability of the engine.

lol.
as long as there aren't any problems with the cooling or oiling system, i couldn't see any problems.

You have to stay within the factory rev limit to stay reliable. There have been lots of issues in RR cars that are required to keep the factory bottom end when they rev the motor above the stock redline for significant amounts of time.
The factory rods in the K series just aren't as overbuilt as they were in the B series.

RSXs do have a bulletin on ps pump. Just a thought.

ive seen alot of issues first hand with k20 series engines consuming vast amounts of oil even from the factory. i spun a bearing on one last year in a car that had his oil changed the previous week. it was already 3 quarts low. brand new car.
since then ive reminded every rsx owner ive seen at an autox to top off their oil. they have ALWAYS been low by at least a quart.

fyi;
my 2002 rsx-s powertrain burns zero oil. i mean zero. i change the oil every other track weekend; its uses no oil whatsoever in 4 track days.
i use 5w-30 mobil 1 and keep it overfilled by 1/3 qt. i shift it at 7800 rpm. drivetrain is stock.

If you beat on any motor, it will consume 'some' oil

i repeat: my racecar uses no oil. it must be "special", i guess
i check it every session out on track. no oil use that is discernable in 4 track days. its a good motor with a good set of oil rings and valve seals, i guess.
my previous full H1 race prepped LS motor used about 1/4 qt per day. it ran great, too; no problems. just used a little oil....

At the most recent event at Streets of Willows...the Rcrew group was running a total of 4 k20/eg hb's .....none broke down whatsoever....and this is after half the crew took it out one session after the other to beat on it. i must say they're pretty damn reliable in stock trim.
your engine does use oil. There's no way an engine cannot burn oil when ring end gaps are filled with oil. The oil burned just gets its space filled in with fuel/blow by- completely normal.
Do an oil analysis, you will have slight traces of fuel
