seems a bit high to me, but could be worth it with what it has.

wow 9,600! You have to be out of your mind to pay that much. Its a built motor, which consists of pistons rods and a block gaurd....... ughhhhhhh, yea thats a winner. When i hear built, i am thinking at least sleeved, but thats just me. Running 11's still using 450cc injectors sounds mighty hard. and he's still got interior and all that. I think he needs to show a time slip. Still way too much money. IMO I and basically rebuilding my motor b16 turbo, and the most i was thinking i could get for it was about 4'gs around there.

that is a clean *** crx, but ya, the price is too much for what it was. perhaps if it had a fully built engine (sleeved, rods, pistons, valves, springs, retainers) also what did it list as far as a turbo setup ?

First and foremost, that is my old car.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Mrspeaker &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Yo rob I went to go see that car a long time ago before it was on ebay..I saw it for sale on urbanracer.com..
I met the the guy in NY..
I talked to him over the phone and he kept insisting it had no rust at all..So I drove up to see it..When I saw it ,it had 90-91 SI wheels..
It had rust on the right 1/4 panel where that rubber lining is..You could barely see it but that's not the point..Rust is rust..
Also the bumper support was rusted..I pulled back the licsence plate to see it..I poked it and my finger went through..Then when I looked in the spare tire well it had rust there to...The guy kept sayin it had no rust even though I showed it to him...I was pissed so I just left..Didnt even take it for a test drive..Also when he popped the hood there was oil on the oil pan and around the valve cover a dizzy..
Then the hood wouldnt latch when he put it down..Also it wouldnt idle..It would just die out if he didnt rev it..... He wanted $4500 b/o...

So its a good thing you didnt win the bid ..You would have been dissapointed..</TD></TR></TABLE>

Who the hell are you? You never came to see my car. The first guy that came to see my car bought it. The car had absolutely no rust on it, and NEVER had 90-91 SI wheels on it. You're thinking of another car.

Hey guys why don't you find yourselves a CRX that mint, and build it with the same exact parts. It's going to cost a lot more than $9k (what I ended up selling it for).

Considering how hard it is to find a extremely clean CRX with a great engine build that doesnt have problems, i would say thats a fair price targetting a different audience than us average do-it-yourself'ers. If someone's had a CRX and knows the ammount of work it would take to get a CRX in that kind of condition, with the engine extras.. It's worth 9000 in the time you would have spent building it yourself.

And it appears to have been built by someone who knew what they were doing and cared about quality.
That sells me on it.
If it was alot of parts but someone who knew NOTHING selling it, i wouldn't think twice about paying over 6,000 for it. Gotta be able to trust the builder if you're going to buy modified, and that trust is extremely hard to find.

**** that only a dumbass would spend that much on a crx, you could import 2 JDM CR-X's for that much and then resell em and make money.

Oh its working out GREAT for him!

I give him a $980 Zdyne, and I get a $600 Hondata. I guess the new buyer of this car realizes how disfunctional his Zdyne really is huh? Disfunctional my ***.

I got him banned once, and I'll get him banned again...unless, I receive some type of compensation.
