I am wanting to buy TODA Cams, Cam Gears, Pistons, and individual throttle bodies. I need to know the streetablity of that kind of set-up. Any input is welcome.

 

I say it really comes down to how well you have it tuned, and to what extent you call streetable.

 

Idel or cold starting is all im really worried about gas milage isnt a big deal. but i've heard you can get like 20 mile per gallon with this setup.

 

Toda A/B/C cams? AFAIK, all are streetable and all can acheive relatively stock idle characteristics, it all comes down to tuning. Same goes for ITB's, though your gas mileage will definitely take a hit.
Are you going to daily drive it?
