2001 Accord factory headunit problems.
I have a 2001 Accord as my daily driver, I have noticed that with the factory headunit it's really picky about what CD's will play. I can't play anything burned, and even new cd's from the store won't play sometimes. I know it's the headunit because I'll go inside and play them perfectly on my home stereo. Does anyone have any insight as to why when I put a disc in it will just sit there and try to read it until I eject it?
Thanks in advance.

my car only has 40,000 miles on it, do you suppose that honda might warrenty such an item for breaking so quickly? I'm actually prob gonna pick up one of those new macintosh headunits or a nakamichi... good sound quality.

But yes, just take your old head unit out, store it in your garage or closet for the day when you might want to sell your Accord.
