Default which arp head stud to get with obd-1 b16 head with obd-2 b18b1 (ls vtec)?

Wat up guys?

yO i'm about to go ls/vtec with a first generation b16 head with b18b bottom block...which arp head stud is recommended...my friend told me to get the gsr one's because it's longer but i see in forums that gsr head studs are too long and it causes LEAKS...should i go wid ARP b16 head stud or something else?

and one more question...do you guys know the torque specs for the studs with thiz set up? thanks.

go with the GSR headstuds.... you will not have any problems, not sure about the arp b16 studs, but factory b16 headbolts are barley long enough to get down into the threads on the b18 blocks... tq specs are 65lbs on head studs...

Because studs are better than bolts.

Id go with the AEBS studs just because you dont have to re-tq em.
