alright ive been working on this chop...i got looking pretty much how i want it, im extremely new at this so i want to give someone the picture so they can touch it up and put a whole new backround in it...so here it is

Tip: Try selecting the WHOLE picture when you wanna move parts. For example, don't just select the car, select the whole area.
