Default Ignition Timing is stuck at 20btdc -OBD2 Help-

Problem: Ignition timing is set at 20btdc. I was told the dizzy will rotate and allow for adjustment, it does not rotate, it only wiggles slightly. The timing belt and cams seem to line up at TDC, I think they are fine. The car runs perfect, no pinging that I can hear. Any ideas what's wrong???

ODB2 Experts please help!!

timing is set on the oil pump gear on obd2.
i would double check that your timing belt is on right, though i suspect that wont make a big diff in this case. then reset the ecu and check it, if not try someone elses ecu maybe?
i know the Helm manual says if timing is off to go buy a new ecu/

are you trying to adjust it??? if so when you do you have to jump the ecu with a wire or something. well just in case.
