As long as you are using the 4-2-1 header made for your car and year, and the exhaust and cat for your car and year, you will be fine. For example, a DC 4-2-1 header for a 94 Integra GSR, with a stock OEM GSR cat, and a Greddy Evo for a 94-99 GSR, everything will bolt up perfectly.

 

The stock header on the 94-99 GSR is the only oddball out of the LS, GS, RS, SE, and ITR which share the same header A-pipe length.
