can you use a k20a2 crank in a a3? i am doing a build of an a3 with a2 head and the crower rods are made for an a3.already have the block sleeved,so i really need the a2 crank.

 

The A2 crank will work in the block.I believe the a3 and a2 rods are the same length and pretty sure the journals are the same diameter and width.If the rods were made for the A3 and wont work with an A2 block,than you wouldnt be able to use the A2 crank.The A3 and A2 blocks have the same deck height,the the difference would haev to be in the journals,which I believe were the same last time I checked.

 

the rods say they are for an rsx.the big end bore is 3mm more than the a3 rods
