I already have a upgraded fuel sys. would I see a massive difference in a intercooler instead of the reg. intake?

if u have turbo......then u would see a big difference....cuz intercooler is useless without turbo..cuz it acts as a cold air intake and a cooling unit for the air that turbo sucks in......but without that turbo it's nothing...might as well just get a cold air intake....instead of regular, because u'll get nice cool air instead of dense hot air from ur engine bay.....better for the engine.
