Tein RA's have a spring rate of 14kg front and 10kg rear.
JIC FLTA2's have a spring rate of 10kg front and 7kg rear.
In my experience of owning four integras, three being coupes and one four door, and all the various different brands of coilovers I've had over the years, I can honestly say that the Teins shouldn't be used unless your road racing or don't mind driving around on public roads with the feeling of your innards about to be shot out of your *** from all the bouncing you will be doing.
I had some Buddy Club race coilovers on my Type R when I first bought it. 12kg front with 10kg rear. One of the most horrible rides I've ever had, when driving on public roads. I did notice when I was on smooth surfaces, they handled wonderfully (go figure). The front spring rate of the Tein is pretty aggressive and I suggest giving it some serious thought about what kind of driving your going to be doing. The rear spring rate is not so bad.
After these Buddy Club's, I took them out and replaced them with Omnipower's stuff. These are by far the best ride yet and at half the price and more, to the two other models you are looking at. Though if your dead set on one of these two models, I'd go with the JIC's.
**EDIT**
Your search for Tein RA returned 40 results.

Well, keep in mind that there are several elements that make a 'stiff' suspension and many ways to go about this. Don't solely rely on the shocks/springs to make it stiff.

I don't think the RAs and the FLT2s are really in the same league. I've heard some horror stories regarding the JICs, I think Chris N (I think it was Chris anyway) had a pretty bad experience w/ this.
IHMO defnitely go for the Teins

i remember reading a horror story w/ JIC somewher ehere... something to do with the strut not fitting correctly or something like that, and JIC USA's customer service sucking
as for JIC vs Tein, my buddy got rid of his JIC coilovers on his WRX and got some Tein RA's... much nicer ride

I rock Tein coilovers and they are pretty stiff. Not too great for shitty roads but on the smooth nicely paved roads they're great. Unfortunately, I have no clue what model or spring rate they are. Is there any way of checking?
<----who just realized how useless his opinion is because the Teins were on the car at the time of purchase.
