prelude vs civic???

Who do you guys think would win? A 96 US spec H22 prelude w/intake, header, exhaust, and untuned vafc vs. my 93 civic dx coupe w/B18c1, intake, header, exhaust, ITR cams, mugen head gasket, and tuned vafc.
