Default Shift linkage / Ox sensor problem

I have a 00 Si and I had to swap out the shift linkage to fit my short throw. The linkage I am using is from a 93 Integra GSR. The problem is that the linkage that holds the short throw inplace is right at the same height as the ox sensor in my cat. How do I correct this problem? Is there a different ox sensor I can get that has different angles or height? Will I need to get a custom made pipe to take the place of my cat and get the ox bung welded into a different spot? Thanks
