C pillar bar.... rumors have it that they don't really make a diff.

Bars that DO make a noticable diff:
Front upper strut--stock GSRs will do.
Bigger rear SWAY in place of the stock 14mm.
Rear upper strut (not a cheap ebay one).

Stiffer springs and adjustable shock dampening

Then you have the Miracle X Bar... That one works good.

Well...
Let's see, you don't need to upgrade the front sway. Just the rear to a USDM ITR 22mm sway bar with either a Beaks or BSQ kit. If you upgrade the front, you will have oversteer... The front is thick as is.

How are the Tein Basics? Too bad no dampening. All I have are Tein HAs Instead of getting the C-pillar, why not a rear upper strut bar?

If you want to beef up your handling, then I suggest new suspension bushings like and Enery Suspension set.

fyi; if you truely want your car t handle. sell the basics and get somthing with some agressive spring rates. omni is insanely cheap for what they are 12/10k owns.

I agree with NightRider-gsR, the ITR sway bar is probably the best bang for the buck. And on a side note, weren't c-pillar bars first created so that a camera could be mounted on them?

yes they were. look at what part of the chasis the c pillar bad is connecting. maybe it's just me, but i'm thinkin it's not gonna help a whole lot. it's not worth loosing my rear seats in my daily driver

i personally love the basics...this is my first time modifying a car so im doing modifications that won't sacrifice anything.....on side roads they are a little teethrattling...but on a nice street i can hit turns without much body roll....the ride height adjustability is nice too.......in all honesty they did save my life....i had to make a really sharp turn at 60mph or so becasue someone cut me off and i went right aroudn them without even budging in my seat.......on another note..t.he c pillar bar doesnt require removal of the backseat....and i cant get the trunk tie bar because i ahve a custom system in the back and the amp rack lifts up and lies even with the rear strut casings....the installer didnt listen to me...so its either modify the amp risers or go with a c pillar....

i didn't say you have to remove the rear seat for a c pillar bar but it makes it so the rear seats are NOT safe to ride in.
