ITBs + winter (10-40 degrees F)
the TWM ITBS that i have do not have a IAC. When its really cold say about 30 degrees the idle is not that great but nothing to really complain about. After i do my usual warm up of about 3 minutes they are fine.
Mine wont idle to well at first and will usually stall 1 or 2 times if it isnt warm .. But I really havent done alot of the tuning down low when its cold. Mine idle low as well at about 800 rpm
Setup: Toda ITBs
Conditions: Light Snow, 10-20 Degree F
Outcome: Car operated just fine after temperatures came up. Nothing unusual. Did notice a little bit torquier, but not substaintial.

Dood, that was the second time I got snowed on. The first time was way heavier. Nothing like northern state snow, but your average North Georgia/TN annual snow.
