90 teg converting to obd1... obd0 injectors or obd1 injectors????
I've got a 90 teg which I'm converting to obd1.Which injectors are better obd0 or obd1 and what are the pros and cons between the two?
Pros or cons...... really aren't any except that you'll be using some newer, possibly lower milage injectors which basically equals less use and less chance they are clogged, for the most part. But they're both 240cc so the rates are the same until you go bigger like using Prelude injectors. There is no difference if you use peak & hold 240cc injectors with an FI resistor box, or if you use saturated 240cc injectors alone.

Yes, but thats not really important. When you convert to obd1 you'll re-use your obd0 engine harness. So its easiest to just re-use your obd0 injectors. If you decide you want to run obd1 injectors then you'll need to solder on new injector clips (or modify the old ones) as well as remove the resistor box.
But as Newman has already stated.... there isn't really any benefit to running either type of injector. If you're really wanting a performance setup you'll probably be cleaning your injectors anyway, or maybe even replacing them..
I personally decided to use the obd1 injectors because:
1) I had them
2) They were slightly newer, and had slightly less miles on them
3) Using the obd1 injectors meant I could remove the resistor box, which meant my engine bay now has one less thing in it to clutter things up.
As you can see none of those reasons are really that important.
