IN NEED OF HELP FAST (INTAKE MANIFOLD INSTALLATION)

We are installing my AEBS intake manifold on my OBD0 motor.. Couple things I need help on.. On the stock IM it has this thing on between runners 3 and 4 that says UP on it and recurculates through the stock IM and the AEBS does not have this.. What is that?..

The other I will have in a second..

Thanks guys for any help I am trying to put the car back together.

sounds like the PCV to me too. Be prepared to buy a new one since yours is probably old and brittle and will break easily when you try to remove it from the old manifold.
