which spark plug is 1 step colder than stock?

Default which spark plug is 1 step colder than stock?

IM getting a code 74(missfire in cyl no. 4) i hope i just need colder plugs?

You dont need colder plugs.
Make sure the plug you have is good, and that the plug wire is getting a good
connection. Other possibilities are bent valves, or compression problems.

thanks for the info. my friends gsr gives the same code. The car still pulls strong. The plugs have about 20k miles (platinum). I have been doing a lot of high speed driving say 90mph for 5-6 hours. If i did a compession test and it test normal then what would i expect.

Get new spark plugs. 20k is a bit too long for a "performance" car.

Every stock car i've seen this code come up its always a bad plug.

I had some water in my plug wires and threw the same code....make sure your plugs are good and maybe flush out the wires with some brake cleaner.

whats the plug number and ill tell you. COlder is a higher number. Hotter goes lower

Im not sure i forgot. I know its under the hood. I think= think its like prfg 6-11 or 6-13 im not too sure ill just check everything else when it stops snowing I mean drizzling. Thanks b-diddy
