Civic Radiator
Are you just asking if it will fit? It might be able to but i'm not sure. Yeah civic radiators are a lot smaller than integra radiatiors but what about people with b18 swaps into civics? i have my stock radiator with a b18 swap and no problems. I don't think it would make a difference if it was in civic or integra.
I had T3 turbo in my GSR now, and the turbo just sitting right the spot where my radiator fan is, and theres no room that I can fit a intake tube and fiter into my turbo hosing, coz the stock integra radiator fan is too big, but civics is smaller so I just wondering if I can fit a civic radiator into my GSR so I won't have to buy a pusher fan.

Yes and no. You'll need to relocate the bottom radiator brackets to switch to a half-width radiator. Many of the turbo integra guys have done this because of clearance issues. You'll want to run the dual-core radiator though (from the delsol vtec) as opposed to the single-core ones from the standard civics -- or something like an aftermarket aluminum one.
