Default Got a question about some spoon products.....

I was looking at a webpage that had a bunch of spoon stuff. Well I came across these High Flow Foam Replacement filters made by spoon. Has anyone tried these? Are they any good? Here is a picture:



And does anyone know any specs about this battery?

i think it has the same as stock but the only difference is weight... "Battery weighs 6.2KG (factory weighs 9.5KG), Bracket weighs 420g (factory weighs 980g."

and i have a spoon 2 ply headgasket brand new still wrapped taht i need to sell, i ordered it for a 94-96 del sol b16a3 but it should fit any other b16, if anyone is interested email me... i also have a few other htings i need to get rid of.. i can get pics of the parts upon request....
