GReddy Oil Gauge Install - EP3
Hello everyone,
I have an electric GReddy oil gauge that I'd like to put on my EP3 but I'm not quite sure how.
Does the engine block have a port where the oil sensor plugs in or do I need to buy an oil adaptor and screw the sensor into the adaptor?
On my old car it was easy since it was low technology and did not have iVTEC (AE86). But on this car (oh btw, I have an '04) it hasn't been so straightfoward.
If I need to get an adaptor it should be simple enough to install. But otherwise I'd like to know the location of the stock sensor port and any other things I should be aware of. i.e. Will the iVTEC work properly if I remove the stock sensor? (I'd guess that it would not work properly.)
Thanks.
